  • For the last five months Chapter 189 have been maintaining our Korean War display at the New Smyrna Beach Museum just off Canal Street. On November 13th members of the Chapter disassembled the exhibit to permit the New Smyrna Beach Museum to reuse the exhibit space for their Christmas Displays. If you had donated items to the museum display, and have not picked them up, please let us know. We have recently received several offers to move the much of the contents of our Korean War Display to other locations, and we are considering the possibilities.
  •  At the November Meeting a slate of officers for KWVA Chapter 189 was voted on.  After the election several of the elected canidates requested modifications to the the original  changes before the roster was finalized with the Department of Florida.  We are current working on this problem and expect to have a revised roster and a vote on that slate at the December Meeting.
